$92,286 - $110,350 a year + Salary Packaging + Remote 5k Allowance for Pilbara employees
About the role:
The Family Carer Support Service Case Manager will provide initial screening and assessment and develop with families, their family case plan. They will identify barriers and provide practical, in-home support for carers, oversee case management activity, provide parenting and trauma information for carers and specific supports for children to strengthen links to community and culture.
The Family Support Services programs work alongside parents and family carers who have children in their care to improve safety and connectedness with local community services.
This is a Permanent Full-Time (Part Time option available) opportunity based in Newman, WA within our Intensive Family Support Services/ Family Care Support Services Program. The position reports to the Coordinator Pilbara Services.
