This isn't a role where you're handed a full caseload, shown your desk, and expected to figure it out. Our program is designed to help you grow your confidence, build your skills, and enjoy being a clinician from day one.

Job Description

What makes our Graduate Program different?

Our 12-month structured Graduate Program begins with 12 weeks of intensive induction training, giving you a strong foundation before you're expected to work independently.

We deliberately ease you into clinical practice with a reduced caseload for your first four months, so you can focus on learning, developing your clinical reasoning, and building confidence.

You'll also have:

Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision for your first six months then fortnightlyMonthly coaching sessions with clinic mentorsA dedicated buddy throughout the entire programConsistent professional development opportunities to keep your learning moving forwardRegular catch-ups and social events with fellow graduatesPlenty of regular opportunities to observe clinicians across multiple disciplinesAccess to a MedHealth Academy for endless learning opportunities and PDDiverse caseload supporting clients across the lifespanYou'll never feel like you're doing it alone

You’re a soon-to-be graduated Occupational Therapist who is:
