The Role
As our commercial business continues to grow, we're creating a dedicated Technical Pre-Sales Specialist role to strengthen the technical support we provide across the commercial sales lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong HVAC technical knowledge who is looking to expand their career into commercial estimating, consultant engagement and technical sales support.
This position is being established as a full-time, 12-month contract opportunity with potential to extend, based at our Marsden Park office. Shape how technical pre-sales support evolves as our commercial business continues to expand.
Working closely with our NSW Sales team, you'll play a key role in supporting opportunities from initial enquiry through to order conversion by providing technical expertise, equipment selections, quotations, tender submissions and consultant support.
Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing project drawings, specifications and tender documentation.Completing equipment selections, system designs and application recommendations.Preparing quotations, estimates and tender submissions.Supporting Sales Representatives to progress and convert commercial opportunities.Engaging with consultants, contractors and customers to provide technical advice and support product specification.Acting as a technical escalation point for NSW Sales, Customer Care and customers.Maintaining technical expertise across the ActronAir product range and relevant Australian Standards.
