As a focused, independent firm, our people work directly with clients and senior decision-makers on some of Australia’s most significant projects – combining strategic thinking with practical delivery experience to turn ambitious ideas into successful outcomes.

As our Sydney team continues to grow, we are seeking experienced infrastructure professionals to join us.

The Opportunity

Sydney remains at the forefront of Australia’s infrastructure investment, with projects transforming the way people live, work and connect. Our Sydney team supports clients across the energy, transportation, water, social infrastructure, aviation and ports sectors. Our expertise spans the full project lifecycle – from strategic planning and business cases through procurement, delivery and operations.

We are hiring across our Advisor, Senior Advisor, Executive Advisor and Director levels. You may have experience in infrastructure advisory, strategy and planning, business cases, transaction management, project delivery, commercial management or asset operations – and you may have built your career in consulting, government, engineering, construction or asset-owner organisations. If you are motivated by infrastructure and the outcomes it delivers, we would like to hear from you.

• Experience in various facets of infrastructure advisory including project development, commercial advisory, transaction management, project delivery, or asset operations.

• Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.

• The credibility to build trust quickly with clients, stakeholders and colleagues.

• Motivation to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients.
