Hunter & Barrel Parramatta are looking for an experienced and dedicated Cook to become part of our professional, vibrant and hard-working kitchen team.
Hunter & Barrel celebrates quality meat and produce, cooked expertly over our signature coal grill and rotisserie.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Experience working in a similar high volume, fast paced restaurant environment

• Experience cooking over a char-grill an advantage

• Ability to work hot and pan section within a kitchen

• Proven ability to adapt to a fast paced environment ensuring high attention to detail

• Effective in time management

• The passion for hospitality and the production of high quality dishes

• Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards

• Ability to work over a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, nights and public holidays.

• A minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery qualification AND/OR at least 1-3 years of relevant employment experience

• At least 1 year of relevant employment experience
