About the opportunity As Project Coordinator, you will help deliver a positive onboarding and implementation experience for new and existing customers.

Reporting to the Projects Team Manager, you will coordinate internal resources, monitor project activities and manage implementations from initiation through to handover to the Account Management team.

You may already have experience in project coordination or administration. Alternatively, you may be a highly organised customer service professional looking to develop your project management capabilities within the SaaS sector.

You are not expected to know everything from day one. If you bring the right attitude, strong organisational skills and a genuine willingness to learn, the team will provide the training and support you need.

Your responsibilities will include

• Initiating new customer projects and introducing customers to the implementation team and process.
• Confirming high-level customer requirements and finalising project timelines.
• Coordinating team resources and allocating work to Implementation Consultants.
• Managing multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
• Monitoring implementation progress through regular customer review meetings and feedback.
• Maintaining accurate project information and records.
• Identifying potential concerns, delays or risks and escalating them when required.
• Coordinating technical resources to support successful project delivery.
• Developing strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting the smooth handover of completed projects to the Account Management team.

About you To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally bring:

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities or activities concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A professional and confident approach when communicating with customers.
• Analytical thinking and practical problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience using collaboration and productivity tools.
• An understanding of project management methodologies, although this is not essential.
• Experience maintaining information within Salesforce or another CRM platform, which would be advantageous.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, which would be highly regarded.

Experience within SaaS or technology is beneficial, but not essential.
