REAL is a growing specialist building contractor providing waterproofing, remedial, maintenance, fit out and refurbishment services across Perth.

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Waterproofer to join our team on either a full-time salary basis or contract.

We work across residential, strata, commercial and remedial projects and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable, and consistently delivers a high-quality finish.

You will be involved in a broad range of waterproofing projects throughout the Perth metropolitan area, including:

• Liquid membrane application

• Sheet membrane installation

• Wet area waterproofing

• Balcony and rooftop waterproofing

• Remedial and leak rectification works

• Surface preparation, priming and detailing

• Working from specifications and manufacturer requirements

• Ensuring all works comply with relevant Australian Standards

Essential

• Demonstrated waterproofing experience

• Competent in both liquid and sheet membrane systems

• Current White Card

• Current Driver's Licence

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Reliable and professional attitude

• Ability to work independently and within a team

Highly Regarded

• Experience with torch-on membrane systems

• Experience with TPO membrane Systems.

• Remedial waterproofing experience

• Working at Heights, EWP or other relevant tickets

• Experience supervising projects or leading small crews

• Salary or subcontract opportunities available
