Delaware North Australia is hiring casual Food and Beverage Attendants to join our Banquets team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for serving food and beverage items while providing exceptional guest service. What will you do?

Provide efficient food and beverage service to guests
Assist in the set up and pack down of dining and service areas for events and large scale functions
Maintain strong knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings to support guest enquiries
Present a high standard of personal grooming and professional appearance at all times
Perform manual handling duties, including lifting and moving equipment, in line with safety guidelines

More about you

Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambliing Certificates
Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding
Previous food and beverage experience
Passion for the hospitality industry, customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
Able to work over a 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
