Bus Driver

CDC Regional NSW are seeking friendly, reliable Casual Bus Drivers to join our team at Ballina.

If you enjoy being out on the road, connecting with your community and having the flexibility to choose when you work, this role could be perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport passengers in a safe and timely manner (school, charter and route services)

• Build positive, respectful relationships with community

• Ensuring passenger safety during boarding, travel, and drop‑off

• Reporting incidents, hazards, or service issues promptly

• Working with CDC management to meet service and operational requirements

• Represent CDC with pride, professionalism, and care

To be successful, You will have

• A current Australian MR/HR driver’s licence or higher with a good driving record

• A current NSW Driver Authority (DA), or the ability to obtain

• A current Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain

• A good manner and the ability to interact with customers of all ages and abilities
