What You'll Do

• Customer Service Excellence: Provide a welcoming and professional first impression by greeting drivers, visitors, and customers while communicating important site safety requirements.
• Document Accuracy: Review and process operational documentation including Connotes, Delivery Sheets, and Proof of Delivery (PODs), ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Data Management: Accurately enter, reconcile, and maintain data within company systems while meeting all tracking and measurement requirements.
• Safety & Compliance: Verify dangerous goods documentation and ensure processes are followed for private and pre-paid customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Debriefing, Fleet Control, Client Services, and Sales/Account Management teams to support seamless day-to-day operations.
