As an Occupational Therapist at Brilliant Life Services, you will provide evidence-based, person-centred therapy to NDIS participants of all ages.
Working collaboratively with participants, families, carers and support teams, you will help people build independence, achieve meaningful goals and improve their quality of life.
Your work may include:
Community visits
Home visits
School visits
Telehealth services (where appropriate)
No two days are the same.
Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments
Complete Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
Deliver ongoing therapy interventions
Develop therapy goals and treatment plans
Prescribe Assistive Technology
Complete Home Modification assessments (experience desirable but not essential)
Prepare high-quality NDIS reports
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Liaise with families, support coordinators and other stakeholders
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
We're looking for clinicians who are passionate about making a genuine difference.
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA Registration
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Reliable motor vehicle
Professional Indemnity Insurance (if contracting)

Excellent communication skills
Strong clinical reasoning
