Boilermaker / Welder / Fabricator – Morisset

About the role

Particular Engineering is seeking an experienced Boilermaker, Welder and/or Fabricator to join our growing Morisset workshop. Our workshop supports mechanical-services, structural fabrication, prefabrication and modular construction projects. We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work and can work safely and independently.

Key responsibilities

• Fabrication and welding of structural and mechanical-service components
• Pipe supports, frames, brackets and associated steelwork
• Measuring, marking, cutting, grinding, fitting and assembly
• Reading fabrication and shop drawings
• Fit-up, welding preparation and quality checking
• Prefabrication and modular assembly
• Preparing completed work for transport and site installation
• Maintaining a safe, organised workshop

About you

• Boilermaking, welding or fabrication experience
• Ability to read drawings and work accurately from dimensions
• Strong fabrication, measuring and fit-up skills
• Good attention to workmanship and quality
• Reliable attendance and a strong safety mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift, dogging, rigging and EWP licences are advantageous but not essential
