JB Group Sydney RV, part of the JB Group, is currently seeking an experienced Caravan & Motorhome Service Technician to join our team at our Penrith Super Site, Lemko Place.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable person with caravan and RV industry experience to join a growing multi-brand dealership representing JB Caravans, New Age Caravans and Traveller Caravans, along with new and used motorhomes. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing new and used caravans and motorhomes, completing accessory fitment, and carrying out insurance and warranty repairs to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working on caravans or RVs, along with a good understanding of brake servicing and repairs, 12V electrical systems, and general damage repair work. A forklift licence would be an advantage.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Service and maintain new and used caravans and motorhomes (habitation servicing)

• Carry out warranty and insurance repairs across multiple brands

• Complete accessory fitting and related installation work

• Perform service checks and prepare units for handover to a high standard

• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and with strong attention to detail

Skills, Experience and Attributes

• Previous experience in a similar role and/or a relevant trade qualification

• Demonstrated caravan or RV industry experience

• Knowledge of brake servicing and repair, 12V electrical systems, and damage repair work

• High level of attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual and self-motivated

• Ability to work unsupervised and manage workload effectively

• A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

• Current driver's licence essential; forklift licence and LR licence highly regarded
