The opportunity

This is a senior, client-facing Manager role with a clear runway to equity ownership within 2–3 years. You’ll take responsibility of a growing portfolio of SME, family business and privately-owned clients, mentor a talented team, and partner with the Director to drive the next chapter of our growth.

What you’ll do

·       Lead Advisory conversations that turn the numbers into actionable client strategy.

·       Hunt and win new business - you’ll have real BD support and a defined target market.

·       Review compliance work and lift quality across the team.

·       Coach, mentor and grow accountants and senior accountants.

·       Champion our tech stack: Xero, FYI, Ignition, FuseSign, Fathom, Reach, Sentrient, Microsoft 365/Copilot.

What you’ll bring

·       CA or CPA qualified.

·       8+ years in Australian public practice.

·       Strong tax and business services foundation with a passion for advisory.

·       An outgoing, people-first personality - you energise the room.

·       Proven leadership and a genuine appetite for business development.
