The Role

Our Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team collaborates with clients, offering practical solutions for a diverse range of commercial dispute claims. Our matters range from simple contract matters to complex high-profile commercial disputes, ranging from the Local Court of New South Wales and NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal to the Supreme Courts and Federal Courts throughout Australia.

Following the merger of Hicksons and Hunt&Hunt we currently have an exciting opportunity for a legal assistant/legal secretary to join our growing team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Diary management including arranging meetings, coordinating travel, maintaining multiple calendars
• File opening
• Prepare cost agreements
• Invoices
• Drafting letters and correspondence
