Join a market leading Australian aged care provider currently delivering a significant enterprise transformation across its operations and technology environment. The organisation operates within a complex aged care landscape where service delivery, workforce requirements, governance, compliance and regulatory obligations are central to how transformation is delivered. With major Workday and Salesforce programs approaching their final delivery stages, this is an opportunity to bring strong aged care knowledge into a critical period of business and technology change.

The Role

This is a six month day rate contract with a view to extend for an experienced Project Manager with strong aged care sector experience. The priority is someone who understands how aged care organisations operate and can confidently manage technology change across complex operational, clinical and corporate stakeholder groups. You will take ownership of the final stages of an enterprise transformation program, supporting UAT, testing, business readiness and the targeted November go live. Workday and Salesforce are the core platforms being implemented, however direct experience with both platforms is not essential where you can demonstrate strong aged care experience and successful delivery of comparable enterprise technology or business systems programs.

Responsibilities

* Lead the final stages of a major technology transformation within a complex aged care environment

* Coordinate UAT, testing, business readiness and go live activities across operational, technology and business teams

* Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities while maintaining momentum towards the targeted November go live

* Work closely with aged care operational leaders, business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors throughout the final delivery phase

* Apply a strong understanding of aged care operations, governance, compliance and regulatory considerations to project delivery

* Support the successful introduction of Workday and Salesforce across the organisation, ensuring technology delivery remains aligned with aged care business requirements

Candidate Experience

* Strong Project Manager experience within the aged care sector is highly preferred, with relevant healthcare experience also considered

* Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise technology, transformation or business systems programs within aged care, including exposure to UAT, testing, business readiness, cutover or go live

* Experience with Workday, Salesforce, HRIS, CRM or comparable enterprise platforms would be advantageous, with aged care domain experience considered the primary requirement
