At TGE Freight, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Freight Talent Acquisition team, supporting the recruitment of high-volume blue-collar operational roles across our national network.

About the role

You'll partner with operational leaders across Australia to deliver end-to-end recruitment for frontline operational roles that are critical to keeping our Freight business moving.

From workforce planning through to sourcing, interviewing and onboarding, you'll manage a high-volume recruitment portfolio while providing strategic advice and market insights to your stakeholders. A key focus of the role is developing innovative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for regional and difficult-to-fill locations where attracting quality talent can be challenging.

What you'll be doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a high-volume portfolio of blue-collar operational roles.

• Partner with operational leaders and HR Business Partners to understand workforce requirements and provide trusted recruitment advice.

• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for regional and hard-to-fill locations.

• Utilise a broad range of sourcing channels, networking and market mapping to identify quality talent.

• Screen, interview and assess candidates, providing recommendations to hiring leaders.

• Coach hiring managers on best-practice recruitment and interviewing techniques.

• Provide market insights, recruitment reporting and workforce trends to support business decisions.

• Partner with the business on initiatives to improve candidate attraction and employee retention.

About you

You'll be an experienced recruiter who understands the demands of high-volume operational recruitment and enjoys partnering closely with leaders to deliver great hiring outcomes.

You'll bring:

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within transport, logistics, manufacturing, warehousing or another blue-collar environment.

• Strong sourcing capability, with the ability to identify talent in competitive and regional markets.

• Experience recruiting high-volume operational or award-based roles.

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
