Warehousing – Pickers, Packers & Forklift Operators

About the Role

As a Warehouse Forklift Operator & Pick Packers, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking, packing and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. You’ll be working with modern systems and equipment in a clean, well-organised facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

Pick Packer:

• Work across temperature-controlled environments (-23 C to 25°C)
• Work hours from 9:00am – 5:00pm / 7:30am – 3:30pm / 11:00am – 7:00pm / 12:00pm – 7:00pm / 1:00pm – 9:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• Tugger Picking
• Ensuring all packed orders meet quality standards prior to staging for dispatch
• Working closely with the picking team to maintain a smooth, efficient pack line and meet daily throughput targets
• Maintaining a clean and safe packing station at all times
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Receiving and processing incoming stock
• Working to daily KPIs while maintaining quality standards

Forklift Operators:

• Work hours from 5:00am – 1pm / 7:00am – 3:00pm / 1:00pm – 9:00pm / 2:00 – 10:00pm / 4:00pm – 12:00am
• Work across temperature-controlled environments (-23 C to 25°C)
• Operating high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading trucks (inbound and outbound)
• Putaways, replenishment, and stock movements
• Supporting stocktakes, quality checks, and inventory accuracy
• Checking goods for damage and reporting any variances
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
• Working closely with the team to maintain workflow and meet targets

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience preferred (but not essential)
• Strong tugger picking experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to be on your feet
• Reliable with strong attendance
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Forklift licence (LF) advantageous but not required
