What You'll Be Doing

Handlining a mix of inbound & outbound calls, helping customers with their enquiries. Use effective communication skills to build rapport and provide engaging customer experiences. Be flexible with hours to ensure we're available when our customers need us.

Must be based in Adelaide. Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, empathize, and engage in friendly conversation. Strong computer literacy and multi-tasking abilities.
