Job Description

The Student Services & Experience Officer – Accommodation (SSEO-Accommodation) role ensures student experiences remain at the heart of Navitas English’s operations. Through providing a high-level of student support and administration services and gathering and sharing student feedback with the Student Services & Experience Manager (SSEM), the SSEO-Accommodation guarantees students receive a welcoming and high standard of service throughout their period of study with Navitas English.

Qualifications

Essential:

Commitment to providing a high standard of customer service with previous experience in a busy environmentStrong customer service focus when dealing with potential clientsCulturally sensitive and patient with an approach to understand student/ customer needsAbility to work within a team and independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workProficient in MS OfficeHigh school certificate or higherDesirable:

Knowledge of the English language industryExperience in an administration roleExperience in accommodation administrationExperience using a student management systemA second language
