Nexgen Crushing & Screening continues to grow, with new projects commencing across Western Australia. As a result, we're looking for an experienced Mobile Crushing & Screening Supervisor to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading site operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, production and client service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring mobile crushing and screening crews.

• Coordinating daily production activities to meet client requirements.

• Driving a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with statutory, company and client requirements.

• Monitoring plant performance and identifying opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.

• Managing site resources, contractors and operational priorities.

• Building strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Completing operational reporting, planning and cost control activities.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who can confidently lead by example and deliver results.

You'll ideally have:

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience supervising mobile crushing, quarrying or mining operations.

• Demonstrated experience leading production crews.

• Strong knowledge of mobile crushing and screening equipment.

• Current Section 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification.

• Mobile plant tickets and/or relevant trade qualifications (highly regarded).

• Excellent planning, leadership and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving ability and sound operational judgement.

• A genuine commitment to safety and team development.

• Current HR Australian Driver's Licence.

• White Card.

Pre-Employment Requirements

Successful applicants will be required to complete or provide:

• National Police Clearance.

• Pre-Employment Medical Assessment.

• Drug & Alcohol Screening.

• Current First Aid Certificate.

• Working at Heights.

• Confined Spaces.
