As a Technology Architect specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, you will own the end-to-end architecture and delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise business applications. You will partner with clients, product owners, security specialists, and engineering teams to translate business outcomes into solution architectures spanning Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Azure, and Microsoft Copilot capabilities. You will provide technical direction from discovery and estimation through implementation, release, and operational optimisation.

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Guide the design and development of Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, Power Pages, and Dataverse data models, selecting configuration, low-code, or custom-code approaches according to solution requirements.
• Define and drive best practices for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, including solution design, data modeling, ALM, governance, and integration strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end Dynamics and low-code solutions that meet client requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality solutions and adherence to architectural standards.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.
• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot features, releases, and industry trends.

• 10+ years of experience in software/solution development, with at least 3+ years architecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse data modelling, security roles and teams, business rules, solution and ALM management, data migration, data quality, duplicate management, auditing, and retention requirements.
• Proficiency in Power Fx, C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform customization and extension.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, tenant and environment strategy, managed environments, data loss prevention policies, identity and access management, Dataverse security, auditing, compliance, capacity and licensing considerations, ALM pipelines, and Center of Excellence (CoE) practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a client-facing role.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Developer Associate, or Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect are highly desirable.

• Experience in large-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations for global enterprises.
• Knowledge of AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and other advanced Power Platform and Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Experience with Power Platform pipelines and DevOps practices, including CI/CD for low-code solutions.
