Store Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our small team at Beaumont Tiles Penrith. You will be responsible for leading our team by example providing exceptional customer service to help our clients create their dream spaces. This is a full-time position based in our Penrith showroom, Saturday work is a must.

What you'll be doing

• Engage with customers to understand their design requirements and preferences

• Provide expert advice on tile, stone and other flooring and wall covering products

• Assist customers in selecting the perfect bathroom ware products to suit their style and budget

• Manage the ordering and delivery process for customer projects

• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients

• Collaborate with the wider team to support the growth and success of the business

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales or design consultant role within the home improvement or home furnishings industry

• Strong product knowledge of tiles, natural stone, and other flooring and bathroom ware products

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen, understand and translate customer needs

• A demonstrated track record of providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships

• A creative eye and passion for interior design and home improvement

• A desire to lead others mainly by example

• Direct reporting and access to the owners for guidance as required

• Forklift licence is a desirable addition for emergency coverage
