We're expanding! Motor Scout is opening a brand new office in Coffs Harbour and we're on the hunt for our founding sales team to help us grow.

That means no cold calling, no sales-floor burnout! Our head office in Kingscliff runs a pretty cool and fun operation - and we're building the same people-first culture into our new Coffs Harbour team from day one.

Our customers come to us pre-qualified. Your role? Connect, understand their needs, and guide them through their car-buying journey with transparency and empathy.

What You'll Be Doing

• Speaking with warm, pre-qualified leads (zero cold calling)

• Building real trust and rapport with clients

• Managing the full client journey from intro to happy outcome

• Collaborating with a tight-knit, supportive team

• Constantly improving through weekly team training and coaching

• Helping shape our brand new Coffs Harbour office as one of our founding team members

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years' experience in sales, client service, or account management

• Building rapport is your superpower

• You're confident on the phone but never pushy

• You have a customer-first attitude with a dash of greatness

• You want to grow fast, learn every week, and contribute to a team

• Strong computer literacy and the ability to multitask

• Bonus: experience in automotive, finance, or insurance (not required)
