Your ResponsibilitiesAs the Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate with the Store Manager in cultivating a high-performance team through effective leadership, coaching, and motivation. You will also be entrusted with the comprehensive oversight of daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in all facets of the business:Sales Management and Business DevelopmentInventory ManagementPeople ManagementAdministrative ManagementCommunication & ReportingVisual Merchandising
Who we are looking forMinimum 5-7 years of related experience in retail/luxury industry with at least 3 years of experience in leadership capacity.Proficient in MS office, CRM and retail toolsBuilding strong client relationships and delivering client-centric solutionsProven track record in generating disruptive ideas that can elevate business performance and improve internal processesEffective coaching and communications skills, providing a sound direction, delegating duties effectively, and helping members to navigate difficult situations.
