We are a growing brand currently looking for various management team members to lead our boutique locations.

Your Role:

• Lead & Inspire – Coach, develop, and motivate your team to achieve their full potential while fostering a positive and results-driven culture.

• Own the Results – Drive sales performance, achieve key business targets, and identify opportunities to grow your store's success.

• Deliver Luxury – Create memorable customer experiences through personalised service, product expertise, and exceptional attention to detail.

• Grow Your Business – Build lasting customer relationships, drive repeat business, and treat your boutique as if it were your own.

• Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, rostering, and maintaining the highest brand standards.

About You:

• 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience (and you love smashing targets).

• Must have some jewellery experience.

• A track record of team development and business growth.

• Experience managing teams of 2-5 people is required.

• A passion for premium customer service.

• Charisma, communication, and confidence that lights up the room.

• High attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities like a pro.
