Sales and Warehouse Support Coordinator

 WHAT IS THE ROLE:

Reporting through to the Customer Service Manager who is based in Adelaide, we are seeking a motivated and organised Sales & Support Officer to assist our WA State Manager in the day-to-day operation of our Western Australian branch in Bibra Lake.

This is a full-time position with a wide variety of tasks from administration, sales support and warehouse responsibilities including picking and packing orders with corresponding paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Checking and processing customer orders.

• Booking freight and coordinating dispatch with transport companies.

• Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control.

• General warehouse duties and maintaining an organised work environment.

• Providing administrative support for purchase orders.

• Liaising with Tecalemit Head Office regarding orders, stock transfers and inventory requirements.

• Supporting the WA State Manager with day-to-day operational activities.

• Communicating professionally with customers, suppliers and internal staff via phone and email.

ABOUT YOU:

·        Strong organisational and time management skills.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

·        Sound IT skills and confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.

·        The ability to work independently while also being a reliable team member.

·        A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to assist with warehouse operations.

·        High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

·        Forklift Licence

·        Previous experience in administration, customer service, warehouse operations or a similar support role.
