Graphic Artist - Marketing Media Production

As a Graphic Artist, at Spotlight Retail Group, you will create high-quality, on-brand digital, video and print marketing assets that support SRG retail brand campaigns and customer communications. Working collaboratively with Brand Marketing, Creative, Production and Shared Services teams, the Graphic Artist translates creative direction and campaign requirements into engaging content across all marketing channels.

This is a max term contract 8 months - South Melbourne location

What You Will Be Doing:

• Creation and development of print ready artwork for use across Catalogue, Press, Point of Sale, Out of Home and Local Area Marketing
• Creation and editing of animated and video based content for use across multiple digital channels, including Social Media, Mobile and Online
• Design and development of layouts for email marketing communications utilising Figma
• Convert and build the email layouts within our Insider platform
• Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to ensure the creative direction and content requirements are delivered accurately and on brand
• Produce artwork in an efficient manner ensuring adherence with process and timelines 
• Obtain approvals from all relevant stakeholders at each work stage as required by our workflow process 
• Ensure all output is produced to supplier specifications

About You

• Previous experience in a marketing studio or Advertising Agency production environment preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of producing print and digital marketing assets for use across all media types
• Excellent design, layout and typographical skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Good understanding of working within set brand guidelines
• Ability to work independently and in support of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and knowledge of Figma, Adobe Premiere and Aftereffects software packages
• HTML5 coding knowledge and experience with cross channel and email marketing platforms
  (ie: Salesforce, Emarsys, Insider) an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
