The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Client Services Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a team of administration and client service professionals while ensuring outstanding service delivery across the business.

This role combines people leadership, workflow management, process improvement and operational oversight.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing the Client Services team

• Managing team capacity, workflow allocation and service standards

• Driving efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives

• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee development

• Monitoring team performance and key service metrics

• Building strong working relationships with advisers, accountants and business leaders

• Identifying and removing workflow bottlenecks

• Enhancing client experience and operational consistency

• Supporting the implementation of new technology, systems and processes

• Ensuring compliance and quality standards are maintained

About You

You are an organised and proactive team leader who enjoys helping people succeed.

You may currently be working as Client Services Manager, Practice Manager, Senior Financial Planning Administrator, Team Leader, Client Service Team Leader or Administration Manager. 

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong organisational and workflow management skills

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities

• The ability to coach, mentor and develop team members

• Experience improving systems and processes

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• A positive and solutions-focused mindset

Experience within financial services, professional services, accounting, financial planning or mortgage broking will be highly regarded.
