Installation Scheduler – Solar & Battery

National Operations | Remote | $80,000–$90,000 plus super

Stag Electrical is a fast-growing national residential solar and battery business seeking an experienced Installation Scheduler to join our operations team.

This is not a basic administration role. You will take ownership of customers from approval through to installation, coordinate installation crews across multiple regions and make sure each job is genuinely ready before it is booked.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in keeping installations moving, protecting the customer experience and helping our national operations scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule residential solar and battery installations across Australia

• Manage customers from approval through to installation

• Coordinate subcontractors, installation crews and regional availability

• Confirm job readiness, including approvals, stock, site requirements and documentation

• Proactively communicate installation dates, delays and changes to customers

• Identify scheduling conflicts and resolve issues before they affect installation day

• Coordinate with sales, design, compliance, logistics and customer support

• Maintain accurate job notes, schedules and CRM records

• Provide clear reporting and escalation updates to the Operations Manager

• Help improve scheduling systems, processes and customer communication

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in scheduling, project coordination or trade-based operations

• Solar, electrical, construction or home-improvement experience is strongly preferred

• Experience coordinating subcontractors or field-based installation teams

• Strong customer communication skills, including managing difficult conversations

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

• Confidence managing a high volume of jobs and competing priorities

• Ability to make decisions and adjust schedules quickly

• Strong CRM, scheduling system and spreadsheet skills

• A proactive approach—you identify problems before they become installation-day failures
