Customer Service Representative

Location: Macquarie Park, Sydney

Employment Type: Full Time | 2-Year Fixed-Term Contract (with the possibility of a permanent position)

Summary: ZimVie is a global life sciences leader in the dental market, developing, manufacturing, and delivering a comprehensive portfolio of products and solutions designed to support tooth replacement and restoration procedures.

We're looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team at ZimVie.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you'll be part of a supportive team that provides service and support to dental practices, dental laboratories, hospitals and healthcare professionals across Australia and New Zealand.

As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll assist with customer enquiries, process orders and provide day-to-day support to help ensure a positive customer experience.

This role is a great opportunity for someone with administration or customer service experience who enjoys working with people and is keen to develop their skills. You'll receive training on our products, systems and processes, so dental industry experience is not required.

In this role, you will

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide support and information to customers regarding products and services.
• Work closely with Territory Managers and internal teams to assist with customer requests.
• Complete general administration tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Learn our products, systems and processes through ongoing training.
• Help deliver a high level of service and support to our customers.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous administration or customer service experience.
• Enjoys helping people and providing a positive customer experience.
• Has strong communication skills and a professional approach.
• Is organised, reliable and has good attention to detail.
• Is comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office.
• Is willing to learn and can work well both independently and as part of a team.

Dental or healthcare industry experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
