Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Administrator to join our team in Bibra Lake, Western Australia. The General Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

This role is suitable for someone with 3-5 years of previous administration experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to the business, including day-to-day office coordination, filing, documentation and record keeping.
• Assist with accurate data entry, processing and maintenance of information across relevant business systems and spreadsheets.
• Support the Accounts and Project Delivery teams with administrative tasks, documentation and data entry as required.
• Prepare, update and maintain documents, registers, reports and other administrative records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally and escalate matters where appropriate.
• Assist with coordination of meetings, communications, travel, purchasing or other operational requirements as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure records, correspondence and information are handled in accordance with company requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes and support business efficiency.
• Office management for Bibra Lake and supporting the office management for other Centurion Water locations (including Malaga, WA and Woodridge, QLD).
• Phone support for all Centurion Water locations during Western Australian business hours. Taking calls and monitoring messages using our phone system (3CX).

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in an administration, office support or similar role.
• Sound computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Office programs and business systems.
• Ability to enter, maintain and manage information accurately and confidentially.
• Demonstrated ability to provide administrative support to multiple stakeholders or teams.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, team-focused approach.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment medical and have permanent Australian working rights.
