From your first week, you’ll be backed by experienced clinicians and a dedicated operations team whose role is to help set you up for long-term success. 

You’ll work alongside experienced Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists, treating a diverse range of clients across neurological rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, disability, aged care, chronic disease management and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. 

Our focus has never been on seeing the highest number of clients. It’s on building confident clinicians who deliver excellent outcomes and genuinely enjoy coming to work each day. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

As an Exercise Physiologist at Healthstin you’ll work with clients across a broad range of funding models and clinical presentations, including: 

• NDIS 

• Aged Care & Support at Home 

• DVA 

• WorkCover & CTP 

• Chronic Disease Management 

• Neurological Rehabilitation 

• Falls Prevention 

• Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation 

Your week will include clinical assessments, exercise prescription, hydrotherapy, gym-based rehabilitation and community visits where appropriate, giving you variety while allowing you to develop across multiple areas of practice. 

Our Clinics 

Healthstin operates full clinical set-ups within aquatic and leisure centres, providing facilities that many Exercise Physiologists rarely have access to within the one workplace. 

Across our clinics you’ll have access to: 

• Private consultation and treatment rooms 

• Commercial rehabilitation gym facilities 

• Hydrotherapy pools 

• Dedicated staff workspaces and meeting areas 

• A multidisciplinary team working together in the one location 

Unlike many private practices, hydrotherapy forms a genuine part of our service model rather than being an occasional treatment option, allowing you to develop confidence treating clients in both gym and aquatic environments. 

This allows you to move seamlessly between assessment, rehabilitation and hydrotherapy while providing the best possible experience for your clients.

From your first week, you’ll be supported by both an experienced clinical leadership team and a dedicated operations team, each with a different role in helping you succeed. 

Our clinical leadership team is there to support your development as a clinician. Whether it’s discussing a complex case, developing your clinical reasoning, building confidence in hydrotherapy or the gym, or simply having someone to ask questions, you’ll have experienced clinicians around you who genuinely enjoy mentoring others. 

Alongside this, our operations team works behind the scenes to support the day-to-day running of your caseload. They assist with client bookings, rebooking appointments, scheduling, referral coordination, funding approvals and many of the administrative tasks that can otherwise take clinicians away from providing great care. 

Our goal is simple: allow our clinicians to spend more time doing what they do best—helping clients—while knowing they have a team supporting them every step of the way.
