headspace Administration Support Officer

$71,800 pa + superannuation + salary sacrifice

Full Time Fixed Term position

About the role:

We are currently seeking an Administration Support Officer to join our team in headspace Emerald. Our Administration Support Officer is the first point of contact for enquiries at headspace Emerald and will provide a range of general administrative and reception duties supporting the headspace Emerald Team.

 What will a typical day look like?

• Provide day to day reception and administrative support 
• Make appointments for young people
• Meet and greet visitors to headspace Emerald 
• Provide headspace related information to young people, their families and friends
• Ensure accurate data collecting and recording into various applications
• Ensure the monitoring, purchasing and maintenance of printing and stationery supplies as required 
• Facilitate the utilisation of the fleet vehicles, inclusive of cleaning, service and repairs

Mandatory Requirements:

• Certificate III in business/office administration (or related discipline) and experience in a similar position; or
• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience and willingness to achieve a Certificate III in the recommended time from enrolment.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a Blue Card (working with children check positive notice or exemption)
• Ability to obtain a Yellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemption notice)
