About The Role

Big things are happening in water—and we want you to be part of it! With major projects underway and new opportunities on the horizon, we’re looking for an Associate or Senior Civil Engineer to join our Townsville office and work on local water projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver civil designs across the full project lifecycle—bringing technical precision and creativity to every stageProduce and review high-quality documentation, ensuring clarity and compliance with industry standardsLead or support design management for diverse water and wastewater projects and program work packagesCollaborate on multi-disciplinary projects, working with structural, mechanical, and environmental teams to deliver integrated solutionsContribute to proposals and pursuits, helping secure exciting new projects

What We’re Looking For

Degree-qualified Civil Engineer (or equivalent)8+ years’ experience in consultancy, ideally with water and wastewater infrastructure designStrong knowledge of Australian Standards and WSAA codesExperience in design management and detailed design deliveryFamiliarity with Civil 3D and a passion for digital engineeringUnderstanding of Safety in Design principlesChartered status (or working towards it) highly regardedAbility to communicate effectively and thrive in a team environmentBonus: Experience in Design & Construction projects
