PART-TIME BOOKKEEPER – SUNSHINE COAST – BOUTIQUE ACCOUNTING & BOOKKEEPING FIRM – FLEXIBLE HOURS + EARLY FRIDAY FINISHES (JOB ID 1698)

Our client is a well-established boutique bookkeeping and business support firm based on the Sunshine Coast, providing tailored bookkeeping, payroll and compliance services to a diverse range of small business clients.

The Role: 

• Process bookkeeping transactions and account reconciliations 

• Prepare and lodge IAS and BAS obligations 

• Manage payroll setup, processing and compliance requirements 

• Prepare tailored management and financial reports for clients 

• Provide Xero support and assistance to clients 

• Respond to client bookkeeping and payroll enquiries 

• Liaise with the ATO and external stakeholders as required 

• Assist with maintaining accurate client records and financial data 

• Support process improvements and efficient workflow management 

About You: 

• Minimum 5 years' bookkeeping experience within public practice or business services 

• Strong Xero and payroll experience 

• Previous BAS and IAS preparation experience 

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy 

• Strong organisational and time management skills 

• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines 

• Professional and confident client communication skills 

• Positive, proactive and team-focused attitude 

• Comfortable working within a small, collaborative team environment
