The Opportunity:

CSR is seeking an experienced and motivated DC Supervisor to lead logistics operations at our Yarraville facility. This hands-on leadership role is critical in ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Reporting to the DC Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of the warehouse team, fostering a strong safety culture, driving process improvement, and ensuring operational disciplines are consistently executed. This role may be rostered on either a mid shift (10:00am to 6:00pm) or an afternoon shift (2:00pm to 10:00pm). Flexibility is required to work both shift patterns in line with operational requirements and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations & Systems

• Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure service, safety, and productivity targets are achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on workflow, efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer outcomes.
• Utilise and champion Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational systems to optimise performance and data integrity.
• Maintain strong inventory control practices, including cycle counts, stock investigations, and stocktakes.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, COR, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Lead investigations into safety incidents, operational issues, and customer complaints, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
•  Coordinate logistics activities to support efficient warehouse operations and customer deliveries.

People Leadership

• Build and maintain a strong safety-first, high-performing team culture.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational and personal development goals.
• Conduct daily team briefings focused on safety, service, productivity, and priorities.
• Foster accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement across the team.
• Provide leadership support across shifts when required, ensuring operational continuity and consistent standards.

About You

You are a hands-on warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing people leadership with attention to detail, systems, and process excellence.

You will bring:

• Proven experience leading teams in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong WMS and warehouse systems experience, with the ability to use data to improve performance and inventory accuracy.
• A detail-oriented approach with a focus on process compliance and continuous improvement.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• A commitment to safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
• Flexibility to support varying shift requirements as business needs dictate.
