About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to support quality and compliance activities across our Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) product. Working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory, you will help manage quality events, investigations, corrective actions, complaints, and post-market surveillance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
This role is for someone with a software or systems engineering background who is interested in transitioning into Quality and Regulatory Affairs within the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities
Support CAPA, nonconformance, complaint, and feedback management activities
Conduct investigations, root cause analysis, and support corrective actions
Assist with post-market surveillance and product improvement activities
Review and maintain quality records, reports, and documentation
Analyse quality data and identify trends
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory teams to support compliance and continuous improvement
Help maintain audit-ready documentation and quality processes
About You
You will have:
A degree in Software or Systems Engineering, or a related field
At least 2 years' experience in software development, testing, quality engineering, DevOps, or a similar technical role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
An interest in quality management and regulatory compliance
Experience in medical devices, healthcare software, or regulated industries is desirable
Understanding of software development concepts and lifecycle processes
