About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to support quality and compliance activities across our Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) product. Working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory, you will help manage quality events, investigations, corrective actions, complaints, and post-market surveillance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.

This role is for someone with a software or systems engineering background who is interested in transitioning into Quality and Regulatory Affairs within the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support CAPA, nonconformance, complaint, and feedback management activities

• Conduct investigations, root cause analysis, and support corrective actions

• Assist with post-market surveillance and product improvement activities

• Review and maintain quality records, reports, and documentation

• Analyse quality data and identify trends

• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory teams to support compliance and continuous improvement

• Help maintain audit-ready documentation and quality processes

About You

You will have:

• A degree in Software or Systems Engineering, or a related field

• At least 2 years' experience in software development, testing, quality engineering, DevOps, or a similar technical role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills

• An interest in quality management and regulatory compliance

• Experience in medical devices, healthcare software, or regulated industries is desirable

• Understanding of software development concepts and lifecycle processes
