Arborist - Tree worker

Antler Environmental is an elite provider of arborist, grounds, and reserves maintenance services. Established in 2017, we specialize in tree removal, pruning, stump works, vegetation management, after-hours emergency response, and storm clean-up services. With active council contracts and large-scale projects across Melbourne’s south-east corridor, we deliver high-quality outcomes safely and efficiently.

About You

You at a minimum have:

• Chainsaw & Chipper Ticket

• Arborist experience

• Truck licence (HR or HC preferred)

• EWP over 11m

• Valid Police Check

• Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)

• White Card (Construction Induction)

• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in sensitive bushland areas

• A motivated attitude and ability to work independently and within a team

You will ideally have:

• EWP over 11m

• Proven experience with skid steers and excavators ( Grass & gardens / trees / arborist / background highly regarded)

• ESI certifications

• Generously above award wages – $34 – $40 p/h + super (based on experience)

• Weekly pay cycle

• Overtime and call-out rates in line with award
