At Lake View Dental & Wellness, we believe exceptional dentistry begins by understanding the whole person. We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Dentist who is eager to expand their knowledge and develop skills in holistic, airway-focused and comprehensive patient care.

This is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced principal dentist in a supportive, mentoring environment where learning never stops.

We are a modern, patient-centred practice that combines evidence-based dentistry with a holistic approach to oral and overall health. We take the time to understand the underlying causes of dental problems and work collaboratively with our patients to achieve long-term health outcomes.

Our practice offers:

• Comprehensive restorative and cosmetic dentistry

• Airway-focused dentistry

• Myofunctional therapy

• Extraction-minimising orthodontics

• Implant dentistry

• Digital workflows including intra-oral scanning and CAD/CAM technology

• A collaborative multidisciplinary approach to patient care

We are looking for someone who:

• Is AHPRA registered as a dentist and work-ready.

• Has full working rights in Australia. Please note that we are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this position.

• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Is compassionate, caring and committed to providing exceptional patient experiences.

• Has a growth mindset and enjoys learning new concepts and techniques.

• Is interested in holistic, airway-focused and preventative dentistry. Experience in these areas is not essential—we are happy to mentor the right person.

• Enjoys working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

• Wants to build long-term relationships with patients and contribute positively to our practice culture.

• Flexible days and working hours to suit the right candidate.
