Motor Mechanic

Sharifi Partners Pty Ltd, trading as Grand Autoworks & Tyre, is seeking an experienced full-time Motor Mechanic to join our workshop in Dandenong, Victoria.

About the role

• Diagnose, service and repair petrol and diesel light vehicles

• Engine repairs and rebuilds (Hyundai and Kia specialisation an advantage)

• Brake, suspension, steering and air-conditioning service and repair

• Electronic diagnostics and fault finding

• Vehicle safety inspections and roadworthy preparation

• Maintain accurate service records

Skills and experience required

• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent trade qualification or experience)

• Minimum 2 years experience as a motor mechanic in a workshop environment

• Strong diagnostic skills across petrol and diesel vehicles

• Current driver licence

• Automotive electrical experience an advantage

Salary: $80,000 per year plus superannuation

Hours: Full time, 38 hours per week
