Wellbeing/WHS Advisor
Location: Parramatta
Employment type: Ongoing Full Time
Salary: Clerk Grade 7/8, $116,981 pa - $129,492 pa, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering a range of wellbeing programs, projects and services that support the health, safety and wellbeing of employees.
What you’ll do
As part of the Recruitment, Engagement and Wellbeing team within People Branch, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

We are looking for an individual who has project management experience with strong communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills. The person will have experience in delivering wellbeing or health related programs, services or initiatives.
You will be a team player who can manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes, in a fast-paced and evolving environment. The person will be able provide practical, evidence-based advice that aligns with legislation, policy, organisational priorities and the needs of our people.
We want you to be passionate about what you do, to champion our values, be hard working and deliver service and solutions that contribute to business outcomes.
You will have a passion for learning and growing in this area to provide expert support and advice to deliver on wellbeing initiatives.
Essential requirements of the role
Qualifications in a relevant field and/ or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience working in a professional health and safety environment.
