Marketing Coordinator

About the role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in helping us promote unforgettable travel experiences to our customers. Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and skills to drive our marketing efforts to new heights.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to plan and deliver innovative, on-brand marketing campaigns.
• Design and produce engaging content for social media, email newsletters, websites, flyers, brochures, and more.
• Write clear, compelling copy for multiple channels, adapting tone and style to suit the audience.
• Research industry trends and competitor activity to spot new marketing opportunities.
• Work with suppliers, web developers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and materials.
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance — with ideas for how to make them even better.
• Support the marketing team with day-to-day tasks and special projects.

About you

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent visual design skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organised
• A creative thinker with a love for travel
• Proficient in and familiar with tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or similar
• A self-starter who's keen to learn and contribute ideas
