We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Rex Software and partner with a portfolio of real estate clients. You’ll play a key role in helping our customers get the most from Rex — from onboarding and product adoption through to ongoing account management, renewals and growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining relationship management, strategic thinking and commercial awareness in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What you'll be doing

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be a trusted partner to your clients and take ownership of their experience throughout the customer lifecycle. You’ll:

• Manage a portfolio of real estate clients, building strong and trusted long-term relationships
• Conduct regular client check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews to understand goals, satisfaction and performance
• Develop customer success plans focused on delivering measurable outcomes and maximising value from Rex
• Proactively identify account risks and work with clients to resolve challenges
• Guide new clients through onboarding and support a smooth and effective implementation
• Deliver tailored product training, demonstrations and best-practice guidance both online and, where required, in person
• Monitor product adoption and engagement, identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback and insights with our Product, Engineering and Sales teams
• Identify and support renewal, cross-sell and upsell opportunities across your portfolio
• Lead value-based conversations around additional Rex products and solutions
• Track key customer success metrics including adoption, NPS, CSAT and overall account health
• Use customer data and insights to inform account strategy and demonstrate value
• Collaborate with the wider Customer Success team to continuously improve the way we support our customers

What we're looking for

You’ll bring a customer-first mindset and genuinely enjoy building relationships and helping clients succeed. Ideally, you’ll have:

• 2+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar client-facing role
• Experience working within a SaaS, software or technology-led environment
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients with a focus on retention, engagement and growth
• Confidence delivering onboarding, training and product demonstrations
• Experience identifying or supporting upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Experience using CRM or customer success platforms to manage accounts and track performance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence a range of stakeholders
• Commercial awareness and confidence having value-based conversations with clients
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• The ability to interpret customer data and turn insights into meaningful actions
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
• A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Experience within the real estate or property industry would be highly regarded, but it’s not essential. What matters most is your ability to understand your customers, build trusted relationships and help them achieve great outcomes.
