Client Services Manager

CMBM Facility Services is a proudly Queensland-owned and operated business providing high-quality facility and cleaning services across the state. Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a Client Services Manager who combines exceptional customer service with strong administrative and digital skills to oversee cleaning operations at key client sites in Townsville Region.

About the Role

This is a mobile, on-the-road role where you’ll be the key contact for clients and frontline teams at various sites. You’ll build strong relationships, support operational delivery, and help identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Reporting to the North Queensland Regional Manager, you will utilise your administrative and technical skills alongside your proactive and personable approach to manage service delivery. If you have strong people skills and the right attitude, we will provide full training in the operational aspects of the cleaning industry.

You’ll also be encouraged to upsell value-add services like carpet cleaning, pressure washing, and external windows to help grow your portfolio. Uncapped Commissions are available where upselling is successful. 

Key Responsibilities

• Travel between client sites daily (company vehicle provided)

• Build strong relationships with clients, staff, and contractors

• Conduct regular site inspections and client check-ins

• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint for communication and reporting

• Support stock control and equipment ordering

• Learn internal accounting systems for tasks like timesheets, invoicing, and costing

• Proactively resolve client issues and maintain high service standards

• Promote and upsell additional services to boost account value

• Coach and support frontline cleaning staff

• Full training provided in in our internal quality cleaning standards and procedures, products, and compliance.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in the Cleaning Industry or similar

• Great admin and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Willingness to learn new systems and processes (SharePoint, internal software)

• Confidence with customer service and building relationships

• A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on getting results

• Willingness to learn the cleaning/facilities side of the role

• Comfortable promoting services and identifying sales opportunities

• A current QLD driver’s license (essential)
