 Role Responsibilities:

• Positively engage with clients, identify their needs and exceed expectations

• Maintain and effectively communicate specialised product knowledge

• Build and maintain customer relationships

• Perform general administrative duties including booking appointments, processing documents and data entry, requiring accuracy and attention to detail.

A current valid driver’s license is required for this role.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Previous experience in Sales or Customer service role's with a track record of effectively managing customer queries and expectations while building rapport

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to take initiative, be innovative and solve problems in a professional and approachable manner

• An exceptionally high standard of personal presentation

• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks

• Intermediate/advanced level computer literacy 

• An excellent ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and self-motivated approach to work and the ability to accept responsibility and take ownership to achieve outcomes.
