We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pre-Delivery Workshop Foreman to join our team and lead the efficient preparation of new vehicles before they are delivered to our customers.

The Role

As Pre-Delivery Workshop Foreman, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of our Pre-Delivery workshop, ensuring every vehicle is prepared, inspected and presented to the highest possible standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, supporting and coordinating the Pre-Delivery workshop team

• Managing daily workflow and vehicle priorities to meet delivery deadlines

• Conducting and overseeing pre-delivery inspections and vehicle preparation

• Ensuring vehicles meet Toyota and City Toyota quality standards

• Identifying and resolving technical issues before vehicle delivery

• Carrying out quality-control checks and ensuring attention to detail

• Coordinating vehicle accessories, fitments and rectification work

• Monitoring technician productivity, workflow and job completion

• Supporting and mentoring technicians and apprentices

• Maintaining high standards of workshop safety, cleanliness and organisation

• Working closely with the Pre-Delivery, Sales and Service teams to ensure vehicles are delivered on time and to specification

About You

You will be an experienced automotive professional with strong technical knowledge and proven leadership ability.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Automotive trade qualifications and solid industry experience

• Previous experience as a Workshop Foreman, Senior Technician or Team Leader

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

• A strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality

• The ability to motivate and lead a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive, proactive approach and strong work ethic

• A genuine commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional results

Experience in a dealership Pre-Delivery environment will be highly regarded.
