Due to expanding contracts, we are seeking an energetic and experienced Gardeners to join our professional field crew.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily duties will include maintaining premium landscape standards across multiple sites:

• Lawn Care: Precise mowing, precise edging, and large-scale brush-cutting.

• Garden Upkeep: Detailed weeding, seasonal pruning, and expert hedging.

• Property Presentation: Clearing pathways, debris removal, and green waste management.

• Plant Nutrition: Basic pest identification, mulching, and targeted fertilisation.

• Equipment Care: Conducting basic checks and maintenance on company tools.

What We Are Looking For

• Licence: A current, valid Australian manual driver’s licence with a clean record is highly preferred.

• Fitness: Physically fit and capable of handling outdoor manual labour in coastal weather conditions.

• Reliability: Punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a crew.

• Experience: Preferred.
