About The Role

We are looking for an experienced administration professional to join our high performing project team, based in our corporate head office at the Port of Brisbane. You will provide vital administrative support to the team, efficiently and autonomously implementing and managing key processes and documentation.

Drawing on your excellent communication skills, you will build positive relationships across all levels to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site, with tasks including:

Processing of Subcontractor Monthly ClaimsDrafting and Issuing Subcontractor ContractsIssuing Tax Invoices to clients and following up on payment datesAccurate and timely project drawing managementWorking with multiple the Project Teams providing Project Admin SupportEnsuring Subcontractor Insurance Compliance is currentTimely management of daily procurement and commercial documentationSetting and maintaining administration standards and best practice across the project

About You (Desirable)

Civil construction industry experienceAbility to review, analysis and report project documentation in an accurate and effective mannerExperience using Docketbook, SharePoint and/or JobPac software applications, and the Microsoft Office suite.
