Packing Supervisor

Busselton Farmers Market is a growing fresh fruit & vegetable wholesale company in South West WA. Delivering 7 days to restaurants, cafe's, aged care & hospitals from Harvey to Augusta.

About the Role:

The role is a critical part of our operation to supply the best quality produce to our customers. The Packing Supervisor will support the packing team to complete orders, ensuring quality & accuracy & completing administrative & customer service tasks including;

• Inputting orders

• Liaising with customers as they place their orders

• Assisting with stock management

• Supervising pack and prep team

• Ensuring orders are packed accurately following our procedural processes

Ideal Candidate:

• Supervisory/managerial experience

• Warehouse experience beneficial

• Ability to problem solve & make decisions based on variable factors

• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment

• This role would suit someone that has worked with fresh produce (former chef?), however, is not a requirement as training will be provided

• Physically fit - able to lift large crates up to 20kg

• Good verbal & written communication skill
